hi! razer ripsaw HD capture card is showing my console gameplay on OBS studio and stream labs OBS but it freezes while it being capture in OBS. I am not sure why it does this.. I haven't been able to record gameplay off it yet because it freezes within 15 secs of it being plugged into my laptop but i am needing help on how to fix this right now or anyone else is having the same issue or did.. when razer synapse 3 application is open it says this " your capture resolution is set to 1920x1080p @ 60fps. Please make sure your broadcasting/recording software's video input matches this resolution. No signal detection might be experienced when using a different resolution. " not sure where to go to change this but i do know i am using a ASUS laptop and using a ACER SB220Q monitor as a big screen to capture my Asus e410 intel Celeron n4020 laptop screen and using my Samsung S24D300H monitor to capture my PS4 console. you can look up the monitors to see if its them or my laptop to see if its that as well. the ASUS laptop display resolution only stops at 1366x768. but not sure if that as an affect on the resolution error i get. i am coming here to see if i should just get ride of the laptop or take the capture card back to game stop ?
