I recently got the Ripsaw as a gift from a friend - I don’t know when or where they bought it so I don’t have the “proof of purchase” that it says to send on the support help page - and I can’t seem to get it to work.

 

All of the cords seem to be hooked up well and the green light is on and I have audio in OBS Studio and Streamlabs but no video in either. There is no black screen, no information or popup that says it isn’t receiving video (even though it obviously isn’t), but I can see my Switch’s feed on my TV.

I can see the device and I’ve read all of the previous support topics about this issue, but since no one follows up to explain how they fixed it, I’m asking this same question here again.

 

How do I get my video to show up in OBS or Streamlabs? Please help me because I’m at my wits end trying everything I can think of.
