Razer Ripsaw HD not working

I just got my Razer Ripsaw HD and it’s doesn’t work. I tried OBS and Xsplit and it says that the device is there but it’s not detected. I’ve restarted everything and uninstalled everything and installed it again and it still doesn’t work. All I see where I should be seeing my game footage is a black screen. Help!
