Razer Ripsaw HD sound and video problems

Hello, I'm already sorry for the possible mistakes there will be but english is not my mother tongue. About my problems, I bought my ripsaw during black friday and it worked fine until now. Even when I'm not streaming, I still use the ripsaw to have my ps4 sound in my headphones who are connected to my PC while using "listen to microphone" setting. And with OBS, everything was fine. But I recently bought a new monitor (QHD, 165Hz), and I obviously connected the ripsaw on my new monitor but I don't have any sound when playing with my PS4 (when using the listen to microphone) and in OBS nothing works, when I add the source, nothing is shown and there is also no sound streamed. My old monitor was simply HD 1080, 60Hz. I try to resolve this problem since yesterday and nothing works, so I hope that some people here will have some idea to help me.
