Razer Ripsaw X Frame drops

I've been using the Ripsaw X for a while and a common thing is that I will be playing a game through the capture card for example Splatoon 3 and sometimes the frames will dip really low and then go back up again. I have no idea why, I tried the CPU booster software used to improve frames on the Ripsaw HD but that didn't work. Anyone have any idea why I'm getting this problem? I am using OBS if that helps.
