Hi. This is Vlad a regular buyer of your products. I've bought from Amazon.de 1x backpack Razer 16inch V3 chroma in 10.03.2025 and I got a physical problems with the backpack. The zipper lining has broken on one side and I cannot pass the area without exposing a small hole. The zipper was from the start a little too hard to pull and it rubbed on the fibers that hold the plastic teeth and tear the lining and left with no support when closing. Also the finger key is broken in half and it only holds on to the rubber. I've tryed to register the product online but get product number incorrect because there is no backpack category. I have attached the amazon yime or purchase and backpack photo with the tag it came and also one photo with the zipper issue. Also there are other areas of the zipper that show sign of fabric tear on the main compartment. I want to claim a warranty for it to be repaired or replaced as warranty is 2 years. I'm from Romania.
