hey
I have razer rz19-02320 that is today stopping working.
for windows it shows like a unknown device, the mac - it just ignore this device
what was done
during the ms teams meeting the camera background was disabled, then rz camera was immediately disconnected from mac and call switched to internal camera
so after tat camera is in not operable state
it produce noise on both windows and mac and shows nothing.
the Software update was done successfully but the camera still showing nothing
