Razer's 7.1 surround sound not working
So I recently purchased a pair of Razer Kraken X headphones but when I turn on 7.1 surround sound the audio still sounds like a regular set of stereo headphones and even in games and on '8d' audios on youtube. The sound only comes from the 'center' of the headphones and when I turn on 7.1 it just gets louder and that's it.
I have tried the '8d' audios on my phone with these headphones and it works perfectly.
(The games positional audio and '8d' audios both worked on my laptop with my other headphones before plugging in the razer headset)
