I was planning on buying the Razer Blackwidow elite keyboard on June 20th 2022 while it was 41% off. I placed my order and bought one of the shipping deals and waited. One week passes and I decide to ask Razer why the status hasn't changed and I am told it is moving to priority or some shit. Well I guess priority means cancelling my order because that is exactly what razer did. They cancelled my order and I contact them when I see it on Wednesday June 28th. From there I am told that the keyboard is in stock and I will receive my refund a few days and I am allowed to keep my 41% discount. Fast forward to Friday July 1st and I am finally given my refund and I decide to reorder the keyboard except the discount is gone. I go and talk to razer support and instead of my 41% discount which is $99 Cad they decide to give me a $20 giftcard? I send them the screenshot of the promise of 41% off and 2 days later they tell me and I quote

"We got an update from our internal team in regards with your case. Unfortunately we can't honor the 41% discount." Why does Razer not give a fuck about their customers?

Not really a question just rather give people a heads up that the company is full of snakes just like the logo.
