Hey guys,
My Razer Seirēn | RZ84-01270 stopped working.

When I try to connect the microphone with my pc, it doesn't recognize the microphone.
I've tried multiple usb-cables and multiple usb-ports.
I've also tried reinstalling the drives for the microphone.

I think it has to do something with the cold, because last week I got it working while blowing with my own breath (I know that wasn't the optimal solution). The Razer logo on the back started flickering and after a few hours it started working.
Now making it warm doesn't work anymore.

I know the microphone is a little old, but it was working fine last month.

I haven't found the same problem on the forums, but maybe someone has had the same problem.

I have the same issue, My PC says: is not recognized! I tried everything possible but no luck…

I have opened a ticket today, lets see what the support will answer.

Did you find any solution for this? Please share, I will also notify you if I get it solved.

Someone in here managed to solve this problem? I didn’t use my microphone for almost a year and now that I tried to use it again for a new project it is not recognized by my computer. I have tried EVERYTHING at this point except a system restore because of the hustle. I have spent two whole days now and I am about to give up. Any luck in your end about this issue? Thanks!
