Hello

I’m trying to connect a BOYA BY-M1 external microphone with 3,5 jack 4-pole but is not working with a message says that is not compatible.

Can you please suggest a compatible microphone that can work?

Hi,

I’m trying the same with a Rode Lavalier GO. I have a TRS to TRRS adapter. SeirenBT firmware updated to the latest version. When I plug the microphone it’s not detected, and forcing the external microphone via the Razer Streaming app does not work, either.

Can you provide more information on the 3.5mm jack? It is basically my only reason for buying the SeirenBT
