I recently purchased a Seiren BT for meetings and am experiencing problems with the microphone.

When pairing the Seiren BT with the smartphone or computer, I cannot hear the sound coming from the device. On the smartphone I need to disconnect Bluetooth to listen to the recorded audio.

On the computer, even changing the audio output to a different one, I face problems listening to anything, whether from Spotify, Google Meeting or any other source.

On the computer I am facing a second problem, too. When I connect my Bluetooth headset to the computer along with the Seiren BT microphone, I end up facing problems between the devices so they can work together. Either the Seiren BT does not capture the audio or my headset does not play the audio.

My phone is a iPhone 13 and computer is a Galaxy Book 2 360, and I tried updating the audio and Bluetooth drivers, but didn't succeeded.
