Razer Seiren Elite Bravo HD FW

hello, razer seiren elite shows up as Bravo HD FW when connected, nothing else but that. 

i tried 2 different laptops, different usb cables, usb slots nothing worked. alot people have the same issue seems like but im struggling to find a fix 

i’ve also restarted my laptop multiple times, tried unistalling bravo, tried reinstalling my usb drivers and other drivers nothing seems to work we need a fix razer
