Razer Seiren Elite does not work

Hello there my Razer Seiren Elite of two years had suddenly stopped working when I upgraded my PC to windows 10, I didn't observe any damage on the microphone or the cable. Did anybody had the same problem before? If so how did you solve it. If perchance you stumble onto this tread, please reply please I really cannot afford to buy another microphone. Thank you.

Let's start by making sure that the computer detects the mic. Send me the serial number of your Seiren Elite and a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. *Locking this thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
