razer seiren elite / filter not working

Hello, Noise gate feature is not working at all making me think that I got a faulty product. Background noise is insane, so much that it actually amplifies it to my headset, it even picks up the sounds my ears naturally don't hear. I tried high filter on/off. I tried to decrease and increase the gain/volume. Nothing is working. In the streamlabs OBS, filters are not affecting it either. There is constant background noise being picked up by the mic. I thought this mic should perform the opposite of that lol. (screenshot of background noise, no talking) I watched a lot of reviewers before buying this mic and none of them had anything similar unboxing and using the mic in default settings. What is going on?
