My Seiren Elite will not install its proper firmware, it only shows up as USB input device in device manager (under Human Interface Devices), and when I reinstall it "Bravo HD FW Update" is installed instead. Important note, the microphone does not light up its LED as well and disconnecting it will play the sound notification for windows. I have tested this on multiple devices with and without synapse installed.

There is no firmware updater for the Seiren Elite, as it is supposed to be a plug and play. It's also not supported on Synapse and does not have Chroma lighting. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your mic so I can validate the model. For now, uninstall the Bravo HD FW Update, unplugged the mic, reboot then run Windows Updater after plugging the mic back in.

Please PM me the serial number of your mic and a screenshot of your System Information. I'd am currently checking if this has anything to do with Windows version 2004.
