Bonjour ,
J'ai un bruit de fond (clavier, souris, fauteuil roulant, ...) et aussi un bruit dérangeant lorsque je parle avec mon microphone Razer Seiren Elite.
Alors pour résoudre ce problème je me suis dit que je pouvais configurer mon microphone avec Raze Synapse mais Razer Synapse 3 et Razer Synapse 2 ne détecte pas mon microphone ...
Je ne sais donc pas quelle serait la solution pour parler correctement sur discord, dans les jeux, en live etc ...

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your concern here. Can you hear yourself (mic monitoring) when plugging in your headset? Please check the following and see if it helps:

  • Ensure that your microphone is positioned close to your mouth; lower the gain of your microphone.
  • Ensure that no fans or air-conditioning units are blowing directly onto your Razer Seirēn Elite.
  • Broadcasting software like OBS comes equipped with plugins that can assist in the reduction of background noise.

Also, check Windows 10 camera, microphone, and privacy in your Windows computer setting and determine what apps uses your microphone.

Razer Seiren Elite Microphone

Hello ,
I have background noise (keyboard, mouse, moving chair, ...) and also a disturbing noise when I speak with my Razer Seiren Elite microphone.
So to solve this problem I told myself that I could configure my microphone with Raze Synapse but Razer Synapse 3 and Razer Synapse 2 does not detect my microphone ...
So I do not know what would be the solution to speak correctly on discord, in games, live etc ...
