I've been trying to register my product for a couple of days now however, the product number on my device and box is too short and when i attempt to register it a message pops up saying "Invalid Product Number".

I've manage to solve my issue...
As i purchased it through amazon, they have the full product number on there.
If anyone has this issue and has purchased it through amazon, go on there and you will find it.
