Razer Seiren Elite - Product Number is Invalid

I've been trying to register my product for a couple of days now however, the product number on my device and box is too short and when i attempt to register it a message pops up saying "Invalid Product Number". I've been trying for ages and reading forums posts to try and understand what i'm doing wrong. Can anyone assist me with this and end my headaches please? Many Thanks!
