Razer Seiren Elite - unknown device

Hello there,

today I’ve bought Razor Seiren Elite microphone and when I connect it I never get it to work. In device manager Is as “unknown device” and I can not change it anyhow to microphone or even sound device. I have tried all recommended solutions, no luck with troubleshooting or reinstall.

 

USB cable is working as the led light is getting red when touching the microphone from top. No other signs of work. Device is not visible anywhere else then Device manager as “unknown”.

Are you using a USB hub? Try connecting it to another USB or computer. If using a PC, try plugging the device into the rear USB port and see how it went. Otherwise, the peripheral could be faulty. I suggest submitting a support ticket/case number here. Ensure to select Razer Peripheral in the contact reason, streaming as a category, enter its serial number, and then click submit.
