Razer seiren emote work only microphone not "emoting"

The microphone works and is recognized, but the LEDs don't light up. I tried Synapse 4 and 3, but nothing changes.

I understand you're having trouble with the LED lights on your Razer Seirēn Emote not working as expected. Allow me to ask a  few questions to isolate the issue:

  • Have the LEDs ever worked, or did this issue start recently?
  • Are you using the same USB port for both audio and lighting functions?
  • Have you checked for the latest updates for Razer Synapse and the Streamer Companion App?
  • Are there any conflicting settings or other devices connected that might affect the LEDs?

Let's try to address this issue. 

  1. Ensure the microphone is securely connected to the USB port. Try different USB ports if necessary.
  2. Verify that the Chroma Connect module is installed from the Modules subtab in Razer Synapse. This module is necessary for lighting effects.
  3. Make sure the Streamer Companion App is installed and running. This app allows you to customize and showcase reactive emotes synchronized with your audience's emotes, alerts, and shout-outs.
  4. Confirm that Razer Synapse is running when using the Streamer Companion App, as it controls lighting effects.
