Razer Seiren Mini driver not installing.

Hello! My friends recently bought me a Razer Seiren Mini microphone for my birthday, but I found upon plugging it into my laptop it doesn't appear at all as an input option? Going to my Device Manager, it shows up as "Razer Seiren Mini" but says that there's a problem installing the driver. I'm not sure how to fix it or whats the problem as every trouble shooting fix i've found hasn't worked. Hoping to get some help, pretty eager to try this out since it's my first proper mic

Have you tried uninstalling the device's driver in the Device Manager? To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer. The drivers will automatically be installed on your computer after a restart. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your device. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
