Hii, I’ve just bought my mic and I’ve set up everything and tried troubleshooting it as well but its not picking up any sound… Is there anything else i could do?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please send me a PM together with the troubelshooting steps you have performed to help resolve the issue. Please try these troubleshooting steps below:
- Manually select the input device in the software settings, as some streaming and teleconferencing software require.
- Make sure that the Razer Seiren is selected as the microphone in the software device settings by doing the following:
- Right-click on the sound icon on the system tray of your PC.
- Select "Open Sound Settings.".
- Set Razer Seiren as the default input device.
- Test the microphone on another device (if possible) to see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
