Razer-Seiren-Mini not working anymore on PS4

Hi there, so we've had the Razer-Seiren-Mini for about 8 months now, it's worked fine on the PS4 up until yesterday. Plugged it in like normal, the green light is on but the sound is not being picked up. We've looked at everything we can imagine but nothing is working. It has not been dropped or anything...... anyone got any ideas please? Many thanks
