Razer Seiren Not Recognized

Hello! Out of nowhere my razer seiren started blinking, would not connect to the pc and so on. I restarted the computer, it is now lighting up, and i can change all settings on the actual microphone itself. The issue is that the computer does not recognize it, and in device manager i see it as "Unknoiwn USB Device (Device Descriptor Request failed) This happened out of nowhere, and i have no clue as of how to fix it. Have manualle attempted to update the driver, and change the USB slots etc. Anyone got some tips as of how i can fix this? Thank you beforehand!

    Hi there, @interactivePaleCyan656! Have you tried connecting your Razer Seiren to another computer to isolate the issue? If you still have some issues, please do send me the serial number of your broadcaster through PM. Let's continue from there.
