Razer Seiren - Only outputting audio to right speaker in headphones

Hi, As stated above my microphone is only outputting audio to one side of my headphones (I use the audio jack on the underside of the mic) I've tried unplugging it and replugging it in. Tried a different pair of headphones same problem. I've tried balancing the audio in sound settings (no luck). I've updated the Synapse app. This just happend all of a sudden, I didn't do anything to cause this issue?? FYI my seiren is the original one
