Razer Seiren Pro Elite is not recognized by Windows 10

Hi, I've been trying to find a solution for this issue for so long, suddenly my mic stopped getting recognized by windows 10, I tried many "solutions" like uninstalling the device in device manager and restart the PC, uninstalling the device then going to windows update and then restart in case I had few updates available and nothing works. I am really frustrated that I find too many topics in this forum and there is not a single solution provided by Razer, if we paid a lot for this mic because we are fans of the brand, how is that you guys don't seem to care enough to help, all topics are empty and there is no response from you. I don't want to think that I wasted my money on a paperweight instead of a microphone. I even tried to send a DM to a razer support guy but I just got ignored...
