Razer Seiren V2 PRO inputs/outputs not detected by pc

Hi there! Hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. So as the title said, my pc is not detecting the playback outputs/inputs from the mic and or synapse (voice chat, music etc) my pc however detects the mic itself and the headphone jack on the mic, and both are working fine. I bought this mic about a week ago and had no problem setting it up, but I have reinstalled windows last night for a fresh start then this problem started, but I don't see why would that affect it? Then again I am not tech savvy. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Edit: After countless reinstalling both software and drivers, I just decided to click on "add ne inputs" on the synapse, not thinking it'll do anything cause I clicked on it many times, this time synapse says there's an issue and I need to restart the software, so I did. And BAM everything works like it should -_- Razer I LOVE your products, but for the love of god, do something about your software jfc.
