Razer Seiren V2 Pro won't work if I reboot

Hello All,

I’ve been having issues with my Razer Seiren V2 Pro lately.

If I reboot, it won’t turn on until I manually unplug it and plug it back in or I shutdown the PC completely and turn it back on.

This occurs with a different usb cable and on my laptop as well as desktop.

I’ve been having issues with my Razer Seiren V2 Pro lately.

It seems like a hardware issue. Are you connecting the mic directly to your PC’s USB port or a USB hub? Have you checked for your PC and Synapse 3.0’s latest updates? Please check out this video too.

Yes direct to usb port on pc and laptop. Synapse is up to date. The device is detectable in synapse - if its from a cold boot. Otherwise only if i unplug and replug it.

i have a razor siren v2, for some reason the cord wont connect the microphone, everything is plugged in but whenever i plug the usb cord into the back of the microphone it doesn't turn on.

 

dont know what to do
