Razer Seiren V2 X Is Not Showing Up In Devices

When I plug the microphone in, the button flashes green for a second, but there is no noise indication from my PC that a device has been connected. It also does not appear in Device Manager nor Razer Synapse. I am using the provided cable, so that should no be the issue and I know that my USB Port works.
