When I plug the microphone into my device, the light turns on for a few seconds and then goes off. The same issue occurs no matter which USB port I use. In Device Manager, the microphone itself is not recognized. While in boot mode, the light stays on continuously, but once the system loads, it turns off again. I’ve only had this microphone for three months, so why is this problem happening?
