Razer Seiren V3 Chroma light isn't working

My Razer Seiren V3 Chroma’s lighting stopped working. After my laptop restarted last week, the lights never turned back on. The microphone itself works perfectly fine, but there are no longer any visual indicators. For example, the light doesn’t change when I press the mute button and it doesn’t show the chroma effects I configured in my chroma studio.

I’ve already tried switching USB ports, unplugging and reconnecting the microphone, and resetting Chroma Studio, but none of these have resolved the issue. I’m looking for any suggestions on what else I can try.

I understand that you are having an issue where your Razer Seiren V3 Chroma’s lighting is no longer working, even though the microphone itself still functions properly. Could you please confirm if the issue persists even after restarting your PC without Synapse running in the background?
