Razer Seiren V3 Chroma no audio output

Hi,
I have a problem with my Razer Seiren V3 Chroma. The audio output doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried reinstalling the device, plugging other headphones but i cant make it work. I can only here cracking sound and chopped audio when sliding volume adjust slider in windows settings.

Okay, i found a solution myself. Ive reinstalled the synapse, and then tried replugging the microphone to diffirent ports. It works now, so it must have been a port issue (even though microphone itself worked).

hi i have a problem. my razer seiren v3 chroma doesn't work. when i plug it in it does the glowy intro. Then it does nothing at all. the scroll wheel doesn’t work, when i tap the mute it doesn’t do anything, and my sound settings says it doesn't exist! can you help
