I've been using Serien V3 Mini for around a year without problems, today it just doesn't work, when I turn on the pc the indicator lights up for a second and goes out, device manager marks it as unknown and can't fetch drivers for it. I've tried restarting, uninstalling drivers, uninstalling synapse, using the driver cleaner recommended for similar issues, nothing seems to work.

My friend just had the same problem today. Everything has always been fine with his mic but today he started his pc and he has the same problem as you. But nothing seems to fix it.
We actually solved it ! Go to the device manager, find your microphone (it might appear twice, one with the warning logo under “unknown device” and one near the bottom of the list under “Razer device”) then uninstall the two of them (for the one under “Razer device”, check the box which asks you to try to uninstall the driver). Once uninstalled, simply unplug and plug your microphone back in your pc and it should work ! Hope it helps !
