Hello, when i plug in my mic, i get the windows plug in sound, but the mic doesn't seem to connect to my pc, and the mute light doesn't turn on.
Is the Razer Seiren X detected in the Windows device manager under speakers? It should be in that category to allow for audio monitoring while streaming. Try connecting it to another USB port or computer and see if the issue persists. Otherwise, the mic has a potential hardware issue.
