Razer Seiren X - Condenser Streaming Microphone

Good Evening everyone. I just bought a Razer Seiren X Microphone from the store on black Friday Sale two days ago. I freshly plugged it in and have to say i´m kinda upset paying money for something which works not correctly.. So i can plug my headset to the microphone for (voice in my ears) this works totally fine. also the mute button looks like its working. BUT the microphone itself does not take my voice. even after changing a shit ton of Sound device stuff, changing it to standard device. It does not work when it comes to speak. So i am kinda confused what i should do now.. and hopefully someone else could help me with it! Thanks in regard

    even the volume for headphone rduction works.. so idk just the speaking does not..

    when i snap my finger (softly) in front of my mic it makes a sound in my ear. but when i speak normally through it. nothing happens

    It just makes noises but i cant speak through it

    hey, did you get an answer? or exchange? also did you mute button turn red when you press it?
