I been googling for a few hours and can't seems to find a solution for my problem.
Problem:
When I plugged in my headset to my Seiren X, the sound on my left earcup is significantly lower than the one on the right.
Troubleshoot I did:
1. I plugged in my Seiren X to another PC machine. Same issue.
2. I plugged in my headset directly to my PC's headphone jack. It works fine.
3. Adjusting, press all the way in and halfway in for headphone jack to Seiren X. Same issue.
If anyone faced similar issue and resolved it, would deeply appreciate that you could share your solution.
Additional notes is my warranty already expired. So no RMA option for me. :frown_:

Did you try adjusting the volume using the Razer Seiren X's volume control? You can also try to reinstall its driver in the device manager for further isolation. Feel free to check our self-help if you have questions or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.
