Razer Seiren X headset monitor output not working (?)

Hello, I've just bought the Razer Seiren X mic. The headset monitor ouptut (3.5 jack) on the Seiren X does not seem to work whatsoever. I've tested it with my Blackshark X headphones, a pair of Sennheisers, and a pair of Audio Technicas. So far: 1) The mic works and picks up sound beautifully. 2) The headset monitor output does not work with these settings: - Control Panel > Sound Devices > Audio Output set to Speakers (Razer Seiren X) - Control Panel > Sound Devices > Audio Output set to anything else (like Speakers 7.1 Surround Sound, SPDIF-Out, or any other audio output my rig has). 3) The headset monitor output remains silent with the mic's gain knob in any setting and/or the headset's volume control in any setting. I'm kinda confused as what to do next; there's very little information about this issue on the web and I got a gut feeling I do something wrong OR my Seiren X is defective out of the box.

I just got the X too and I'm having the same problem with my bose headphones. Have you talked to customer support? I'm thinking of reaching out to them. I literally got this today and am having the same issues.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. Please be aware that the mic monitoring only works for the headset and not the desktop's audio. Also, have you tried using a splitter that came with your headset? Please plug the headphone portion of the splitter into your Razer Seirēn X. Let me know if it helps.
