Razer Seiren X not being detected. Showing up as USB Advanced Audio Device.

Hello,

My Razer Seiren X used to work perfectly, but recently it stopped being recognized properly. Windows now shows it as “USB Advanced Audio Device”, and the audio quality has decreased. Synapse 4 does not detect the mic at all.

Here’s everything I’ve tried so far:

  1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 4 and other Razer software (Cortex, Chroma SDK).
  2. Removed leftover Razer folders and drivers from:
    • C:\Program Files\Razer
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer
    • C:\ProgramData\Razer
    • %AppData%\Razer
  3.
  4. Checked Device Manager for hidden devices and uninstalled any old drivers.
  5. Plugged the mic directly into a USB 3.0 port (no hubs).
  6. Disabled USB selective suspend and switched Windows to High Performance power plan.
  7. Restarted multiple times with and without the mic connected.

Despite all of this, the mic still shows up only as a generic USB audio device in Windows, and Synapse 4 does not detect it.
