Just bought a new microphone. Plug it in and doesn’t turn on, Nothing. How do I fix this?

Is the Razer Seiren X detected in the Windows device manager under speakers? It should be in that category to allow for audio monitoring while streaming. To further isolate the issue, please try connecting it to another USB port or computer. Otherwise, PM me with your device serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the problem. All the best!
