Razer Seiren X Quartz crackling when phone is nearby.

My new Razer Seiren X Quartz's output crackles whenever my phone is nearby. It does not happen when my phone is on the other side of the room. How can I fix this? Or does it need replacing? Thank you

Hello. Thanks for initiating this thread. When did the issue start? It's possible that your mic is too sensitive and it's picking up noise from the background and makes a crackling sound.
