Razer Seiren X quiet | Razer Insider

I plugged my earphones into the razer seiren x and it was fine until about 2 weeks ago. The sound is very small compared to other times. Idk if this is related but on the mic where you speak into, some parts are lighter than others like a flap or something.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Is your 3.5mm headset's mic works fine when plugged directly into another device with a 3.5mm audio/mic combo? Are you connecting the Razer Seiren X to a laptop or a desktop PC? Have you tried connecting the Razer Seiren X to a different USB port or another computer? Does the issue happen in all application that uses audio and microphone? Ensure that are no other apps running in the background aside from the program you wanted to use the microphone.

Thanks for letting me know. Please isolate the issue after creating another local Windows user account. Refer to the steps below:

1. Select the Start button, then Settings, Accounts, then Family & other users.

2. Select Add someone else to this PC.

3. Select, I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.

4. Enter a user name, password, password hint, or choose security questions, and select Next.

I'll wait for your update.
