My razer seiren has worked perfectly for the year that I've owned it but just today started making a loud booming sound repeatedly. I am apparently outside of the warranty window and don't know what to do.
https://voca.ro/1nEbFlduowB3 Recorded audio. ON vocaroo it seems continuous but on discord test it stops and repeats. This issue did not exist before today and I did not have any software or hardware changes.

Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. I've listened to the recording and heard a static/grounded audio quality. Have you tried connecting the Razer Seiren X to another USB port? Ensure to connect it directly to your computer's USB port. If it's a PC, connect it to the rear ports and check if the issue persists. If feasible, connect the mic to another computer and observe.
Its already connected to a back port but the sound continues in a front port, I don't have another computer to connect to unfortunately. I have restarted the pc and checked to make sure there has not been any windows updates.

Thanks for letting me know. Have you contacted our Support Team or your reseller? If you haven't, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
