Razer Serien Mini turns off and on

I ran into a very weird problem today with my serien mini. it no longer wants to function for me, when it’s on it turns on for a good second then turns off, but I can hear the notification of it connecting. And when checking device manager it comes up as unknown? I’ve tried every I could think of, connecting it to a 3.0 usb and a 2.0, uninstalling the unknown driver and restarting my computer, redownloading razer synapse, I even managed to find another cable that came from my drawing tablet and is good enough to download data though it and tried that but the weirder thing is that is actual worked and so I was thinking oh okay it’s the cable even though the other ones in great shape so I disconnected it and tried reconnecting to double check but then it started doing it again and turns on for like 2-3 seconds and then turns off the light and goes unknown,I don’t know what to really do anymore and before someone says it’s a power issue I believe it probably isn’t I’m running a 800w or I think it might be 850w power supply. onto of that I’ve never ran into a problem with the serien mini before or for that matter even touch it, it’s sit on my disk on the same spot all the time and I almost never disconnected or reconnected it repeatedly until today of course and even the cable looks in great shape I mean a bit dusty but still in great shape, I even went so far as to use the serien mini cable to connect my xbox controller to see if it functions but it work totally fine. I’m pretty much lost at this point :/ So if anyone has any clues or suggestions please feel free to help! It means alot!
