My Seiren X has been working in and out for the past couple days. I had gotten it as a gift on August 8th of last year. I have tried every possible way to get it back in order, going through my device manager, plugging it into different USB ports, but nothing seems to work. When I plug it into the laptop, I can hear myself with a headphone plugged into the microphone, so I know it is still working. It just doesn’t seem to transfer it to the PC for some reason. I use my JBL wired headphones for this mic. If there seems no possible solution, I would like to return it. I’ve already registered it to my account, but how do I obtain my RMA number?
