Razer Sila connections problem

I have had the router for a week and I am constantly having internet problems. Every ~10-20 min I lose connection for a few seconds. At this moment the Razer logo is briefly flashing blue. The loss of signal happens on the wi-fi and the wiring at the same time. Absolutely impossible to play online games. When I put my old router Linksys back on and I had no loss of signal for the day. Some users also described the same problem. Support is not responding. Any solution? AP version: RazerSila-2.0.441_api-2.0.418
