The router's light is constantly on red this has been the same since I unplugged and replugged the router earlier today and the sila app is saying that something went wrong and the router's offline any ideas on how to fix it I need to asap

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you reported this issue also to our internet provider? If it's feasible, have you tried connecting the model to a different wall/phone socket and tested another modem to isolate the issue? By the way, I replied to your PM.
