I’ve had a sila for nearly 2 years now, and recently got two more as a mesh system. Around 2 months ago the internet would drop randomly and we weren’t getting nearly the speeds we should. I tried rebooting, resetting, changing settings, and i even tried with only one device on the network at a time. Eventually i gave up and called frontier to send someone out. So they get here, check everything out, and it turns out the 150 we were paying for wasn’t even a service anymore, so we were basically getting the bottom of the barrel. We were told upgrading could help, so we upgraded to gig service, but we are still having the same problem, even if the speed is somewhat faster.

Is this a common problem? Do i just have something set wrong? Hell, is the software on my silas broken?
Do you mind sharing speed test results with and without the Razer Sila integrated into the network? That way, we have numbers to compare. By the way, what do you mean the software is broken? Are you referring to the mobile app? If so, do you mind sending me a screen capture detailing the issues along with the build number of your phone's OS?
