Razer Sila web interface not equivalent to the app and app is not working for over a year

I’ve gotten a few emails that the Razer Sila app will stop working in a few months and that I have the same features through the web interface.

 

This is FALSE. Some features are missing from the web interface and Razer haven’t pushed any updates to the router.

 

What’s more shocking is the Razer Sila app has been broken for two years due to expired certificates but Razer have done nothing.

 

 

How can I have feature parity through the web interface?

Unfortunately, razor did the exact same thing that Google nest did to it’s subscribers. They did not take into account their customers when they discontinued the app, by not providing an update firmware for the router to enable all the features. It pretty much turned the Sila into an oversize paper weight. The decision to abandon their customers for their bottom line unfortunately, will affect if I buy any more their products going forward
