    sometimes is a bug that couldn't recognize your account has achieved the requirement. If you are finding a way to claim the reward that had notified you, go to the top right corner, click "REWARD>", it may show up a "re-login" requirement. Kindly log out and re-enter your account, then click "REWARD>" again. You may claim the reward that you achieved in the Insider with the green box.
