razer silver not accruing while gaming WOW

i launch wow and nothing happens. it was adding razer silver ok last few weeks and now stopped and the razer support wont tell me anything and keep sending to different teams...

    hey i didnt hear anything back from razer yet...everything was fine it was adding silver 50 per day no problem and then it stoped. on my laptop too...im not sure if its normal or its a problem?
